Description

A succulent blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon from the near-perfect 2016 growing season.  Moderate and extended ripening during the vintage allowed riper fruit flavors and polished tannins to develop. Flavors of blackberry, cassis, black cherry, plum, licorice and herbs show off the cool conditions of Napa-Carneros. As with all Sinskey’s wines, the vineyards are organic and biodynamic.
